For that warranty to be upheld and keep you covered, we just ask that you purchase the necessary parts directly through us. This way, we can personally guarantee the quality and compatibility of every component, making sure everything works perfectly. If you decide to supply your own parts, we're still happy to install them, but we won't be able to extend our warranty to that specific service, as we can't vouch for parts we haven't sourced ourselves. It's simply about ensuring you get the very best, every single time.

To bring our top-notch expertise right to your doorstep, there's a modest $20 travel fee applied to every service. Think of it as a small investment in ultimate convenience! And because our time is valuable and we're committed to serving all our customers promptly, we do have a $20 no-show fee. This applies if an appointment is missed or canceled without at least 24 hours' notice. We totally get that life happens, so if something comes up, just give us a heads-up, and we'll happily reschedule without a hitch.
